Booking Forms are available by downloading either a PDF, which you can print out, fill in and post to us; or a Word document which you can fill in and return to us by email.
Please feel free to phone us to discuss any items or special requirements.
A deposit is required of 20% of the total bill (all prices plus VAT). A delivery charge is extra, please ask for details.
Cheques should be made payable to Mayfair Enterprise.
We also accept credit cards.
